Process Flow
Material and program preparation:
Screen qualified raw materials (plastic substrates, piezoelectric ceramics, etc.), pretreat (deburring, cleaning and dehumidification); debug equipment parameters, and customize process indicators according to customer needs (single machine/whole line).
Core production and processing:
Substrate molding + circuit pretreatment; through the flap machine, two/three machine, pressing machine, glue machine to complete the precise assembly and sealing of components; integrated ignition system, packaging shell, support modular combination.
Fuel filling seal:
Dust-free workshop quantitative fuel filling and vacuuming; laser sealing injection inlet, air pressure testing sealing; let stand for 24 hours to stabilize the fuel.
Multi-dimensional quality inspection:
Process self-inspection + motor function test + fatigue machine reliability verification + finished product full inspection, unqualified products shunt repair.
Finished product delivery guarantee:
Logo packaging → MES system data traceability → logistics distribution + after-sales training and fault response; supporting workshop environmental control, equipment maintenance and customized services.
